1.Scope and acceptance
These terms of service (the ‘terms’) apply to your use of 4kmediaiptv.net and to every order for a subscription offered by 4K Media IPTV (‘we’, ‘us’). The operator's identification details are shown at the top of this page.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
2.The service
4K Media IPTV offers an IPTV subscription giving access, over the internet, to live TV channels and on-demand content.
Picture quality (HD, Full HD or 4K) depends on the content you are watching, your device and your internet connection. 4K is therefore only available for content offered in that quality, on a compatible device and with sufficient bandwidth.

3.Plans, duration and prices
- Duration: subscriptions run for a fixed period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on the plan you choose.
- Prices: prices are those shown on our pricing page, in the currency displayed. The price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order.
- No automatic renewal: unless stated otherwise when you order, your subscription ends at the end of the period you chose. To keep using the service, simply order a new period.
- Personal access: your subscription is strictly personal. The number of simultaneous connections allowed is the one included in your chosen plan.
4.Ordering and activation
Ordering takes four steps:
- Choose your plan: select the subscription you want on our pricing page.
- Order request and payment: send us your order request and pay through our payment provider.
- Receive your access details: we email you your login details together with setup instructions.
- Start watching: set up the app on your device and start watching.
The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email, and at the latest when we send you your access details.
Please make sure you give a valid email address, as this is where we send your access details. If you do not receive them, check your spam or junk folder and then contact us at 4kmediatvcontact@gmail.com.
5.Payment
Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, using the payment methods offered on its payment page. We do not receive or store your full card number.
The payment provider's own terms apply to the payment transaction itself. Your access details are sent to you once payment has been confirmed.
6.Equipment and internet connection
To use the service, you need a compatible device (for example a smart TV or an Android TV, Google TV or Fire TV device) and a stable internet connection. You are responsible for your equipment, your internet access and any related costs.
The recommended app is named in your activation email, together with setup instructions. Third-party apps are subject to their own providers' terms of use.
Before ordering, please check that your equipment and connection are suitable for the picture quality you want. If in doubt, contact us.
7.Personal use and prohibited uses
Your subscription is for private, personal use only. In particular, you must not:
- resell your subscription or access details, or redistribute the service or its content, whether free of charge or for payment;
- show the content in public or use it for commercial purposes, for example in premises open to the public;
- share your login details beyond the number of connections included in your plan;
- circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, technical protection or access-control measures;
- use the service in any other way that breaks the applicable law.
You are responsible for using the service in accordance with the laws of your country.
If you breach these rules, we may suspend your access, after notifying you where circumstances allow.
8.Availability, quality and catalogue
We aim to keep the service available at all times. However, interruptions may occur, for example during maintenance, because of network incidents or due to factors beyond our control.
Playback quality also depends on your internet connection and your device.
The range of channels and content may change. We do not guarantee that any particular channel or programme will remain available throughout your subscription.
9.Support
If you have a question or a problem, contact our support team by email at 4kmediatvcontact@gmail.com or through our contact form.
If a technical problem prevents you from using the service, report it to support, telling us which device and app you are using and what is happening; we will work with you to find a solution. This does not affect your statutory rights, including those relating to the conformity of the service.
10.Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer living in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. This period starts on the day the contract is formed.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email to 4kmediatvcontact@gmail.com. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the 14-day period has expired.

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
If the service starts during the withdrawal period: if you have expressly asked for the service to begin before the 14-day period ends, you keep your right of withdrawal. However, you must pay an amount in proportion to the service provided up to the time you inform us of your withdrawal, calculated on the basis of the total price agreed. This amount is deducted from your refund.
If you live outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, any rights provided by the law of your country apply.
11.Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for malfunctions caused by your equipment, your internet connection, a third-party app, use that does not comply with these terms, or events beyond our control.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where the law does not allow it, in particular for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury, nor does it affect the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
12.Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the 4kmediaiptv.net website, its text and graphic elements, and the 4K Media IPTV brand belong to the operator of the site. They may not be reproduced or reused without prior permission.
Third-party trademarks and names of devices or platforms (such as Samsung, LG, Android TV, Google TV or Fire TV) belong to their respective owners. They are mentioned only to describe compatibility with the service and do not imply that those owners endorse or are partners of 4K Media IPTV.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes to the service or to the law. The version that applies to your order is the one you accepted when you placed it. The current version is always available on this page.
14.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator of the site is established. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you normally live.

If we cannot reach an agreement and you are a consumer, you may refer the matter to the competent consumer dispute resolution body or to the competent courts, including, where the law provides, the courts where you live.
